David Libbert is a highly experienced creative leader with a substantial track record in educational broadcast, online and interactive media. He was Creative Director at Teachers TV where he was responsible for many thousands of broadcast videos as well as its hugely popular online service for the profession, having previously held executive positions with the BBC and the LSC (Learning and Skills Council). David Libbert led the vocational/FE education offer from the BBC for 4 years, and at the LSC he oversaw the development and roll-out of the innovative mass-market IT user National Vocational Qualification, the ITQ. More recently as Content and Education Director at Teachers Media International he was a key member of the executive team leading the establishment of this multi-national educator professional development company.
